You Can Make A Difference

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Making a difference is one of my philosophies in life. You can make a difference for yourself and for others. You can make a difference just by doing something small. Sometimes, it is not deliberate. Sometimes, you just do things for others out of the goodness of your heart not realizing that it is making a difference to someone’s life. When someone’s purpose in life is to help people, the world would be a better place for the people who are being helped. It would be a better place if we all had that purpose. We all live in the same world, why not make it a loving place filled with caring people?  I believe in the domino effect. When one person helps another person, that person will then help someone else.

With that said, we can take action and make a difference with our students and children and their friends and possibly their friend’s families. We can make a difference in small steps but those small steps will become giant leaps in the lives of those we help.  It doesn’t have to be day to day, it is what you choose. Have compassion, patience, kindness and motivation. Be true and respect yourself and others. You are already making a difference by having this mentality.

“I AM ONLY ONE, BUT STILL I AM ONE. I CANNOT DO EVERYTHING, BUT STILL I CAN DO SOMETHING; AND BECAUSE I CANNOT DO EVERYTHING, I WILL NOT REFUSE TO DO SOMETHING THAT I CAN DO.”
